Mr. Adhikari has practised law for three decades and plays a leading role in the S & S Jurists litigation team. He works on civil, labour, marriage and divorce, liquidation and real-estate cases.

He also advises clients from the non-governmental sector on the establishment and operation of non-governmental organisations.

Ms. Adhikari is a founder and managing partner of S & S Jurists and is licensed by the Nepal Bar Council. She regularly advises clients on diverse transactional matters, including taxation, contracts, foreign investment, company compliance, project finance and private equity.

She also represents local and international clients in commercial litigation before courts and tribunals. Ms. Adhikari is active in public-interest litigation and has led PIL cases concerning the right to be forgotten, taxation and social-security issues.

Ms. Tiwari is a highly motivated associate of S & S Jurists and holds a licence from the Nepal Bar Council. Her work includes drafting corporate and civil cases, preparing contracts, managing company compliance and helping businesses with incorporation.

Ms. Tiwari brings a passion for learning to her interest in foreign-investment matters and has undertaken research in this area. Ms. Dangal is a dedicated associate at S & S Jurists and holds a licence from the Nepal Bar Council. She specialises in civil, labour and criminal law and drafts legal documents for civil cases, corporate matters, contracts and litigation.

She assists clients with a broad range of legal needs, including labour-law issues, corporate litigation, legal opinions and compliance. Her commitment to excellence and detail-oriented approach support the firm and its clients.

Mr. Poudel is an advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Council. He regularly assists senior associates with taxation and corporate litigation.

His work includes legal research, drafting legal documents and opinions, and preparing case briefs. He aims to contribute to the legal field with determination, professionalism and integrity.

As the administrative officer at S & S Jurists, Ms. Hamal handles the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her organisational and administrative skills help the office function smoothly.

Mr. Uprety serves on the firm’s roster of experts as an advisor specialising in taxation, commercial law and cyber law. He is a Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in law focused on corporate and criminal law.

He holds CISA and Certified Fraud Examiner credentials and has passed the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting in the United Kingdom. He has co-authored a book on taxation and auditing for university students and tax professionals and has extensive knowledge of commercial arbitration.
